The report enables the firm to engage directly with occupiers, landlords, investors and developers, around the latest trends affecting the property market in the Thames Valley region.
Taking a detailed brief from the client, we explored:
- The office and industrial property markets
- How occupier needs are changing
- How landlords and developers are responding to these changing needs – both in building design and lease terms.
- We also report on some key transactions over the last 6 months
- We uploaded the report to their website, drafting the content for the accompanying story, and shared it on their social media accounts.
Using the report, we then drafted an e-communication to go out to a targeted list of prospects, with a call to action to get in touch with Vail Williams for support, as businesses right-size their commercial properties for a post-pandemic world.
